Sculpt a reusable flower frog from air-dry clay and turn an ordinary jar, bowl or vase into a simple floral-arranging vessel. Guests shape and decorate the clay before adding a considered pattern of openings designed to hold individual stems in place. Playful, tactile and practical, the experience combines hand-building with the pleasure of displaying flowers more thoughtfully. Each guest leaves with an entirely individual piece ready to dry and use at home with garden flowers, small arrangements or treasured single stems.

Indigo Shibori Dyeing Experience

Explore the Japanese art of Shibori by folding, binding and clamping fabric before immersing it in an indigo dye bath. Guests discover how different resist techniques create distinctive patterns, from ordered geometric lines to wonderfully unpredictable organic marks. Guests explore the colours hidden within botanicals before preparing ink, experimenting with tone and watching the palette shift as different modifiers are introduced.
