    Participant Acknowledgement

    By submitting the above information, you aknowledge the following:

    1. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: I understand that I am participating in a creative workshop or event that may involve activities such as crafting, using tools, handling hot materials, food preparation, foraging walks, and/or outdoor fire pits. I agree to take reasonable care for my own safety and that of others around me. I will follow any guidance or instructions given by the host.
    2. ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES: I understand that workshops may involve ingredients, plants, foods, or materials containing potential allergens (including nuts, gluten, essential oils, beeswax, and other natural substances). It is my responsibility to inform the host in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect my participation.
    3. HOME ENVIRONMENT AND ANIMALS: I acknowledge that the workshop takes place in a private home shared with two friendly dogs. While all reasonable care is taken to maintain a clean and safe environment, I accept that the presence of animals may not be suitable for individuals with severe allergies or animal sensitivities.
    4. LIABILITY WAIVER: I understand that by participating, I do so at my own risk. I release and hold harmless Correll Kitchen, its owner(s), employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur before, during, or after the event, except in cases of negligence or misconduct by the host.
    5. FOOD AND DRINK: Where food or drink is provided, I accept that these items are prepared in a domestic kitchen that is registered with the local authority but may not be a commercial food premises. I understand that Correll Club follows all applicable and reasonable food safety and hygiene practices, but I participate and consume food and drink at my own discretion.
    6. DECLARATION: By signing (submitting the form above), I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to participate in the event at my own risk.
